The ATR144 Modbus Panel Indicator is a multi-purpose device which can act as single channel Modbus RTU Slave. It is also a Digital Panel Indicator with one or two relays output for high or low alarms. A PID Controller with one or two control relay outputs. The ATR144 provides 2500V Isolation between the power supply, signal input and output. The ATR144 panel meter can accept 24 to 230 Vac or dc power supply at 6 watts.
The Universal input can be a process input of 4-20 mA, 0-20 mA or 0-1 V, 0-5V, 0-10 V, 0-60 mV which allows the display to be set as a process reading from -9999 to 30000 with the position of the decimal point being selectable. The resolution of the input is 16 bit 40000 points and an accuracy of.2% full scale. The 0-10 V input has a resolution of 50000 points
The Thermocouple input can be selected from K, S, R, J, T, E, N, or B type Thermocouples. The ATR144 accepts Pt100, Pt500, Pt1000 Ni100 RTD's and NTC 10 K and PTC 1K Thermistors with 16 Bit resolution and an accuracy of 0.2% full scale. The input can also be a potentiometer anywhere between the range of 1 to 150 Kohm with 50000 points.
The ATR144 can be programmed by an Android device with the NFC. The app is downloadable free of charge from the play store. It can also be programmed by Labsoftview on a normal PC and by Memory card.
The 4 digit process display uses white LED's to give extra long range viewing distance. The lower red LED's show the process control setpoint.
